She is an electrifying worship leader, a devoted mother, an inspirational speaker, an advocate for youth, a community builder, a CEO, and a wife to Rev. Henry H. Batson III, Senior Pastor of Faith Fellowship Church in Red Oak, Texas.

Together, they serve their community through ministry, mentorship, and multi-generational impact. They are blessed with three children and two grandchildren who remain the heartbeat of their legacy.

Melonye is the founder and CEO of I Master Me, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to social-emotional development, mental wellness, leadership training, and restorative support for youth and families. Through this work, she has launched transformative programs such as RISE for at-risk students, Young Leaders Mentorship, Kingdom Woman’s Call, and her signature workshops on identity, purpose, and healing. These initiatives reflect her deep commitment to restoring generations who have been misunderstood, neglected, or silenced.

A powerful teacher of worship and praise, Melonye has mentored countless women, students, and couples through her music ministry, spiritual development courses, and coaching on walking boldly in their God-given gifts.
