Our Leadership

Meet our pastors.

Faith Fellowship is led by pastors committed to loving people, leading people, and making disciples.

Senior Pastor

Pastor Henry H. Batson, III

Pastor Henry H. Batson, III, serves as the Senior Pastor of Faith Fellowship Church in Red Oak, Texas, where his leadership and preaching have cultivated a ministry that is both transformational and far-reaching. Known for his magnetic, engaging, and impactful delivery, Pastor Batson communicates the Gospel in a way that is both powerful and relatable, reaching those who are rooted in their faith, those seeking deeper understanding, and those who have felt disconnected or distant from the Church.

With a clear and compelling vision to Love All, Disciple All, and Lead All to live lives that honor our Sovereign God, Pastor Batson leads with intentionality and conviction. His mission is lived out through a threefold focus: Reaching Out into the community, nation, and world; Reaching In through discipleship and intentional ministry; and Reaching Up through worship and prayer. He carries a distinct calling to serve the underserved, restore the unfulfilled, pursue the absent believer, and draw in the lost.

With over 30 years of ministry experience, Pastor Batson brings wisdom, stability, and spiritual insight to the challenges of modern-day ministry. He is committed to excellence in all areas of leadership, reflecting his belief that excellence honors God. His multifaceted ministry includes one-on-one counseling, leadership development, blended family restoration, and transformative life experiences—all anchored in uncompromising, anointed preaching and teaching.

As a shepherd, Pastor Batson is deeply invested in the holistic development of people. He equips and mentors leaders, strengthens ministry teams, and empowers families to walk in their biblical roles with clarity and purpose. Under his leadership, Faith Fellowship Church extends far beyond its walls—serving as a beacon of hope and advocacy for individuals and families in need, particularly those lacking access to basic resources and support.

Pastor Batson has also served with distinction in the broader community as President of the Texas Baptist African American Fellowship of Churches, Past President of the Red Oak Chamber of Commerce, and as a Chaplain for the Red Oak Police Department—demonstrating his commitment to both spiritual leadership and civic impact. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Ministry, further deepening his commitment to theological excellence and Kingdom leadership.

Pastor Batson is married to Reverend, Dr. Melonye Batson, and together they serve faithfully in ministry. They are the proud parents of BreOnna, Tayler, and Haleijah, who actively serve alongside them in ministry, and their beloved daughter Paris, who has gone to be with the Lord. Residing in the Dallas area, Pastor and Dr. Batson continue to labor together, committed to advancing the Kingdom of God and fulfilling their divine assignment until the work is complete.
